Purchasing is easy. Look through the catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Methods of payment:
Credit card - Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit/Delta, Switch/UK Maestro, JCB and Electron.
If you are shopping from outside the UK place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction from British Pounds into your national currency. You may send your credit card information securely via our website with your order or, if you prefer, by email, phone, fax or post.
Sorry but we do not accept Laser, AmEx or International Maestro.
Paypal -
PayPal orders should be compiled via our webstore and submitted as usual, selecting the PayPal option as payment method. Once we have received your order we will send you a request for payment via PayPal, when we receive the payment from you we will dispatch your order.
Alternatives -
Cheque - we can accept a cheque in British Pounds drawn on a UK bank.
International Money Order - we can accept an IMO in British Pounds Sterling only.
These should be made payable to Digital Hardcore Distribution. Please note that payment by these methods may lead to a delay in the dispatch of your order as we must wait for payment to clear before sending the goods.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If we suspect any order to be fraudulent, we will cancel the order.
